Decision Engineer, Compute Production
About this role
Fluidstack is seeking a Decision Engineer to build AI-powered decision systems and tools that enhance productivity across the compute production workflow. You'll work end-to-end on LLM-based applications, custom integrations, and shared AI infrastructure while partnering directly with production teams to identify and ship high-impact solutions.
What you'll do
- Build decision systems and internal tools using frontier LLMs to improve compute production efficiency
- Own tools from conception through production, iterating with end users
- Design and maintain shared AI infrastructure including AGENTS.md and SKILLS.md
- Create custom integrations between LLMs and internal systems (Slack, GitHub, APIs, operational data)
- Monitor evolving AI capabilities and identify emerging opportunities for organizational application
- Translate technical solutions for non-technical stakeholders to drive tool adoption
