About this role
Senior Corporate Systems Engineer providing Tier 3 technical support and platform administration for Google Workspace, Slack, and collaboration tools across DoubleVerify's global workforce. This NYC-based role serves as the escalation point for a remote IT team while delivering white-glove support to executives and managing the company's collaboration technology stack.
What you'll do
- Administer Google Workspace and Slack—user lifecycle, permissions, security, integrations, and advanced issue resolution
- Manage collaboration application stack including Monday.com and Notion for workspace configuration and platform support
- Provide direct technical support to C-level executives with rapid and discreet issue resolution
- Triage and resolve tickets within SLA while mentoring remote IT support staff
- Build and maintain knowledge base with SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and self-service documentation
- Support conference room AV and collaboration technology at NYC HQ
