About this role
Box seeks a Solutions Engineer I to partner with sales teams and customers in the public sector, delivering technical solutions for intelligent content management. You'll lead product demonstrations, architect customer implementations, and bridge sales and product teams while developing expertise in Box's platform and AI-powered capabilities.
What you'll do
- Identify and solve customer business problems through technical exploration and iterative refinement
- Collaborate with sales teams daily to drive new revenue and expand opportunities
- Lead technical discussions and product presentations across all organizational levels
- Conduct product demonstrations across Box suite (AI, Web, Mobile, Relay, Governance, Platform, APIs)
- Develop deep expertise in cloud content management, Box platform, and industry best practices
- Act as customer advocate by relaying feature requests and feedback to product management
