About this role
Fluidstack is hiring a Software Engineer for Robotics to build autonomous systems powering AI data centers. You'll develop task planning, fleet coordination, perception integration, and operational tooling for robots deployed at remote sites, working across the full stack from navigation to enterprise system integration.
What you'll do
- Develop task planning, fleet coordination, and system integration software for data center robotics
- Build and ship autonomy components including perception processing, navigation stacks, and task execution logic
- Create operational tooling for monitoring, teleoperation fallback, and remote diagnostics
- Integrate robotics data and mission outcomes into company platform systems
- Debug hardware-software boundaries and engineer for remote failure recovery and observability
- Own end-to-end robotics software solutions with full autonomy and scope expansion as needed
