About this role

Fluidstack seeks a Supplier Development Engineer to drive manufacturing excellence across our AI data center supply chain. You'll conduct on-site audits, qualify suppliers, resolve quality issues at root cause, and build capacity ahead of demand to support rapid infrastructure scaling.

What you'll do

  • Execute process audits, capability studies, and improvement plans at supplier facilities
  • Qualify new suppliers and parts through first articles and PPAP-style approvals
  • Investigate and resolve supplier quality issues directly on their production floor
  • Build supplier capacity proactively to prevent bottlenecks in our manufacturing
  • Launch support suppliers through production ramps with hands-on engagement
  • Develop supplier capability without doing their work for them
