Software Engineer - New Grad

About this role

Four Hands, a fast-growing furniture company in Austin, seeks a new graduate software engineer to build automation solutions connecting enterprise systems like ERP, WMS, and eCommerce. You'll develop integrations, data pipelines, and APIs while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid role focused on eliminating manual processes.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain system integrations and automated workflows across enterprise platforms
• Build and support data pipelines and ETL processes ensuring data quality and consistency
• Develop APIs, webhooks, and event-driven automations with robust error handling and monitoring
• Write clean, testable code in Python, C#, or JavaScript to automate business processes
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into solutions
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment practices, and documentation for reliability
