About this role

Freedom Technology Solutions Group is hiring a Cloud Developer to design and implement a cloud-based solution for tracking tool usage and heritage in a mission-critical environment. You'll architect AWS infrastructure, develop full-stack applications, establish CI/CD pipelines, and ensure security and performance standards are met while collaborating with sponsors and stakeholders.

What you'll do

  • Design scalable, secure cloud architecture using AWS services and Infrastructure as Code tools
  • Develop full-stack applications and configure CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment
  • Design databases including schema design, data modeling, and migration strategies
  • Evaluate prototype designs for gaps and implement improvements to the platform
  • Perform testing (unit, integration, performance) and deploy to production environments
  • Establish monitoring, logging, and ongoing maintenance including security patches and optimizations
