About this role
Join our DevOps team to maintain and support the Esri ArcGIS Enterprise Suite in a mission-critical environment. This role combines system administration with cloud deployment responsibilities, requiring strong technical expertise and experience with complex enterprise systems.
What you'll do
- Analyze current environments and develop enhancement plans for ArcGIS Enterprise deployments
- Provide production support for ArcGIS Portal, Server, GeoEvent Server, Data Store, and related services
- Troubleshoot errors, run diagnostics, document issues, and assess operational impact
- Manage, evaluate, and install patches on Windows and Linux systems including Esri software
- Deploy and manage ArcGIS Enterprise environments in cloud infrastructure with scaling capabilities
