About this role
Support and maintain a highly customized IBM Maximo environment in a mission-critical enterprise setting, handling application sustainment, troubleshooting, integration support, and operational tasks. Work with developers and system administrators to ensure stability across complex systems serving government personnel and industry partners.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in IBM Maximo and supporting integration components
- Perform application patching, configuration updates, and maintenance activities
- Support system integrations with external workforce and enterprise systems
- Collaborate with developers, DBAs, and system administrators on sustainment efforts
- Monitor system stability and respond to operational support requests
- Document issues and solutions to support ongoing modernization efforts
