Freedom Technology Solutions Group seeks a Machine Learning Engineer to help standardize enterprise data systems and build a skills inventory repository for federal compliance. The role involves data analysis, cleansing, migration planning, and gap assessment across multiple HR and talent management systems.

What you'll do

  • Design and implement automated processes to extract and analyze skills data from performance reviews and multiple data sources
  • Build and maintain secure, access-controlled databases and repositories for jobs, competencies, KSAs, and proficiency levels
  • Perform gap analysis comparing current data states against federal standards and create action plans for remediation
  • Develop data migration strategies and create transition guides for system integration
  • Evaluate AI/ML and chatbot integration opportunities with existing sponsor systems
  • Create comprehensive documentation including taxonomy reports, SOPs, and risk assessments
