About this role
Freedom Technology Solutions Group seeks a mid-level Software Engineer to develop and enhance ground-based satellite geolocation systems. You'll work across the full engineering lifecycle on RF signal processing, analytics tools, and real-time systems while supporting critical mission operations.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain complex software systems including analytics, real-time processing, and large-scale data handling
- Design RF signal processing applications and geospatial tools
- Integrate new and legacy software across diverse hardware platforms
- Test software components for compliance with design requirements and resolve problem reports
- Contribute to cutting-edge development programs and innovative solutions
- Provide input on hardware/software trade-offs and COTS/GOTS integration decisions
