About this role

Freedom Technology Solutions Group seeks a Web Developer in Chantilly, VA to design and develop comprehensive learning solutions including websites, online courses, WBTs, and multimedia content. You'll collaborate with instructional design teams and subject matter experts to create engaging training materials across multiple delivery formats while maintaining existing platforms and ensuring compliance with accessibility standards.

What you'll do

  • Design, develop, and produce websites, WBTs, online courses, and multimedia learning solutions
  • Create and maintain training materials including graphics, videos, and interactive course content
  • Collaborate with instructional design teams and SMEs to determine technical requirements
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects with fixed deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain code, documentation, and knowledge management repositories for operational continuity
  • Ensure all products meet Section 508 accessibility, privacy, and copyright compliance requirements
