About this role
Glean seeks ML engineers to build the Enterprise Brain, a proactive AI system that detects and automates tasks for enterprise users. You'll work on user understanding, task prediction, and LLM-based reasoning using advanced ML techniques, agent orchestration, and ranking systems.
What you'll do
- Solve ML problems around user understanding and task prediction
- Develop LLM workflows and signals to enhance reasoning, planning, and personalization
- Design reinforcement learning and fine-tuning approaches for agentic systems
- Create scalable evaluation, benchmarking, and optimization loops
- Build and maintain ML pipelines for enterprise graph construction
- Monitor and improve data quality, model quality, and system performance
