About this role
Glean is seeking a Software Engineer to build scalable, enterprise-grade AI-powered search and agentic platforms. You'll develop distributed systems, data pipelines, and user-facing features across a Work AI ecosystem serving global enterprise customers.
What you'll do
- Develop scalable enterprise search platform and distributed systems architecture
- Build data ingestion pipelines to index content from enterprise data sources
- Design and implement REST APIs and user interfaces for enterprise search applications
- Conduct code reviews focusing on interface design, quality, and testing strategies
- Collaborate with product teams to translate customer requirements into high-quality solutions
- Optimize system performance using benchmarking and tuning on Linux-based infrastructure
