About this role
Glean seeks a Solutions Engineer to partner with sales on enterprise AI deals, designing custom demos, leading technical POCs, and translating complex Work AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes for Fortune 500 customers.
What you'll do
- Partner with Account Executives on multi-stakeholder deal cycles and C-level engagements
- Design and demo custom Glean environments tailored to customer industry and business needs
- Lead technical discovery calls and manage end-to-end POC cycles
- Address security concerns and communicate Glean's security posture to enterprise buyers
- Develop ROI analyses and business justification presentations
- Collaborate with product and engineering as the voice of customer needs
