Growth Engineer

About this role

Goldsky is seeking a Growth Engineer to build AI-powered internal tools, customer-facing experiences, and marketing infrastructure that accelerates company growth. You'll work at the intersection of GTM, product, and engineering with autonomy to identify and ship high-leverage automations and tools.

What you'll do

• Build AI-powered internal tools including enrichment agents, account research workflows, call summarization, and automated outbound personalization
• Create customer-facing growth surfaces like interactive demos, sandboxed playgrounds, in-product guides, and dynamic case study experiences
• Develop and maintain marketing engineering infrastructure including website, landing pages, A/B tests, email flows, and tool integrations
• Partner with sales engineering to automate customer evaluation workflows such as provisioning and ROI calculators
• Set up analytics and experimentation infrastructure to measure impact and guide optimization decisions
• Stay current with LLM and AI tooling frontiers and help the broader organization adopt AI effectively

What they're looking for

• Full-stack engineering (frontend, backend, integrations, agents, automations)
• LLM and AI production experience (Anthropic, OpenAI APIs, agent frameworks, retrieval)
• Modern web development (TypeScript, Next.js or similar)
• GTM and commercial understanding
• Analytics and experimentation design
• API integration and third-party tool connectivity
• Strong cross-functional communication
• High autonomy and execution-oriented mindset
