Gotion Inc. seeks a Battery Cell Engineer, Applications to serve as the primary technical liaison for US customers during battery cell and pack development programs. What you'll do
- Serve as primary point of contact for US customers throughout battery cell and pack development programs
- Lead customer engagement including technical discussions, program reviews, issue resolution, and escalation management
- Facilitate technical meetings and workshops with clear documentation, action tracking, and team alignment
- Lead cross-functional teams through RFI/RFQ processes and develop technical proposals with engineering and commercial teams
- Guide battery cell and pack programs from concept through production with close customer and internal coordination
- Manage program timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
