GTM Engineer
About this role
Gradial is seeking a GTM Engineer to design and operate the technical systems driving intent-based outbound, combining AI tools, data enrichment, and experimentation to convert buying signals into qualified pipeline. You'll own the workflow layer across intent stacks, personalized campaigns, and performance tracking while partnering closely with Sales and leadership to continuously improve the outbound engine.
What you'll do
- Build and operate intent signal stacks from website activity, job changes, funding events, and other high-value account indicators
- Design enrichment workflows and account brief generation at scale, including tech stack analysis and stakeholder context
- Own workflow automation using Clay, OpenAI, Claude, and other GTM platforms for scoring, routing, and trigger-based outbound
- Build personalized outbound programs from founder and AE inboxes with timely, context-driven messaging
- Stand up experimentation engine across messaging, channels, and sequencing; codify winning plays into scalable campaigns
- Track funnel performance from signal to meeting to pipeline with clear reporting on reply rates, meetings, and sourced pipeline
