GTM Engineer
About this role
Greenhouse seeks a GTM Engineer to build and scale internal web applications for revenue teams, bridging engineering and business operations. You'll design workflow automation platforms, integrate critical systems like Salesforce, and leverage AI tools to solve real-world business challenges in a high-ownership, fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Design and develop product features for internal web applications using Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, and Vercel
- Build and maintain production data pipelines and integrations between revenue systems like Salesforce and Gong
- Partner with GTM stakeholders (SDRs, AEs, AMs, CSMs) to translate business needs into engineering roadmaps
- Evaluate and operationalize LLM prompts and AI frameworks to optimize data output and actionability
- Document architecture decisions and create operational playbooks for system maintenance
- Coordinate with data engineering, security, and enterprise apps teams on infrastructure integration
