About this role
H1 seeks a Software Engineer II to join the Product Engineering team building healthcare data applications. You'll develop full-stack features using TypeScript, React, Node.js, and modern cloud infrastructure, collaborating across teams to deliver innovative solutions that inform clinical decisions and advance health equity.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain React-based client applications using TanStack Start, Next.js, and modern tooling
- Build and optimize APIs and GraphQL services powering healthcare data search and visualization
- Design and maintain data pipelines using Apache Airflow and Kafka for healthcare information processing
- Manage infrastructure deployment and scaling using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality features and support team delivery goals
- Contribute to technical strategy for H1 Trial Landscape and other product initiatives
