About this role
Lead the Systems Test division for Hadrian's Autonomous Factory Systems, building and scaling a team of test engineers while establishing comprehensive test coverage across robotics and manufacturing software—from simulation environments to production validation.
What you'll do
- Build and lead a team of systems test and simulation test engineers, setting technical standards and processes
- Develop full test plan coverage spanning early development through production release across all Autonomous Factory Systems programs
- Direct simulation test environment development to model edge cases and validate manufacturing cell operations
- Design test approaches for both in-house hardware sub-components and integrated autonomous manufacturing cells
- Partner cross-functionally with hardware, robotics, and software teams to embed testability into system design
- Establish quality gates and criteria for system readiness from development to release
