About this role

Hadrian seeks a Workforce Systems Engineer to architect and scale the training infrastructure that supports rapid factory expansion in aerospace and defense manufacturing. You'll design standardized training programs, documentation frameworks, and skills management systems that enable hundreds of technicians to work safely and effectively across multiple locations.

What you'll do

  • Design foundational standards for training programs, documentation, skills data, and LMS content as new manufacturing capabilities launch
  • Lead end-to-end training program development using systems engineering principles, from requirements definition through production deployment
  • Manage the intake lifecycle for new capabilities across skills matrices, LMS platforms, OJT content, and competency evaluations
  • Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to translate role-specific competencies into repeatable, measurable training programs
  • Establish and enforce consistent documentation and system standards across all factory locations to enable scalable growth
  • Monitor Capability OS health, identify gaps and inconsistencies, and partner with product managers to drive software improvements
