East Coast Sales Engineer
About this role
Harbinger seeks an East Coast Sales Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between the sales team and customers, helping commercial fleets understand how the company's electric vehicle platform addresses their operational needs. You'll lead technical discussions, develop solutions, and support the full customer lifecycle from discovery through delivery in a remote role.
What you'll do
- Partner with sales throughout the customer journey, from initial discovery to vehicle delivery
- Lead technical discussions, product demonstrations, and customer presentations
- Analyze customer operations and recommend vehicle configurations matching their business requirements
- Develop technical proposals, respond to RFPs, and support customer requirements documentation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Service, and Sales to resolve technical challenges
- Support pilot programs, customer launches, dealer training, and industry events
