About this role
Harvey seeks an experienced Frontend Platform Engineer to build shared infrastructure, tooling, and design systems that enable the engineering team to deliver high-quality products at scale. You'll focus on developer experience, performance, and reliability across the frontend stack rather than individual features, working with product and infrastructure teams to drive adoption and engineering velocity.
What you'll do
- Build and evolve shared frontend infrastructure including design systems and developer tooling
- Design and improve frontend architecture for scalability and performance
- Enhance developer experience and reduce friction in the development lifecycle
- Partner with product teams to drive adoption of platform systems and shared foundations
- Identify and address bottlenecks across the development process
- Improve application performance and reliability across user-facing applications
