Integration Engineer
About this role
Harvey seeks an Integrations Engineer to design, build, and maintain connectors between enterprise systems like Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, and Snowflake. You'll translate business requirements into reliable data pipelines and workflows, partnering with Finance, GTM, and People Ops teams while establishing integration standards and best practices.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain integrations across Salesforce, CPQ, NetSuite, Workday, Marketo, Snowflake, and iPaaS platforms
- Design data pipelines, workflow automations, and reverse ETL syncs to ensure trusted data across teams
- Troubleshoot data sync failures, API errors, schema mismatches, and workflow exceptions
- Implement error handling, logging, alerting, validation, and documentation for business-critical workflows
- Partner with Finance, GTM, and People Ops stakeholders on Lead-to-Cash and employee lifecycle workflows
- Establish integration standards, runbooks, and operational procedures to scale beyond single-owner knowledge

- Integration engineering with iPaaS platforms (Workato or equivalent)
- Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, and Snowflake experience
- Python, JavaScript, or similar scripting languages
- REST, SOAP, GraphQL, OAuth, SAML, SCIM APIs and authentication
- Data pipeline and ETL/reverse ETL design
- API troubleshooting and systems debugging
- Technical communication with non-technical stakeholders
- Enterprise systems architecture patterns
