Harvey seeks an Integrations Engineer to design and maintain enterprise system integrations across platforms like Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, and Snowflake. You'll build data pipelines and workflows that connect critical business systems while ensuring reliability, data quality, and operational excellence alongside a small, growing integrations team.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain integrations between enterprise systems including Salesforce, CPQ, NetSuite, Workday, Marketo, and Snowflake
  • Develop data pipelines, workflow automations, and reverse ETL syncs to enable trusted data operations across GTM, Finance, and People Ops teams
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, observable integration designs and data mappings
  • Troubleshoot data sync failures, schema mismatches, API errors, and workflow exceptions across multiple systems
  • Implement error handling, logging, alerting, validation, and documentation practices for business-critical workflows
  • Partner with Finance Systems, GTM Systems, People Ops, and IT stakeholders on cross-system processes like Lead-to-Cash and employee lifecycle management
