About this role

Harvey seeks an Integration Engineer to design and maintain workflows across enterprise systems like Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, and Snowflake. You'll build reliable data pipelines and automations while partnering with Finance, GTM, and People Ops teams to ensure business-critical systems operate from trusted data.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain integrations between core enterprise systems including Salesforce, CPQ, NetSuite, Workday, Marketo, and Snowflake
  • Develop data pipelines, workflow automations, and reverse ETL syncs that enable teams to operate from trusted data
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, observable integration designs and implementation plans
  • Troubleshoot data sync issues, schema mismatches, API failures, and exceptions across multiple systems
  • Implement error handling, logging, alerting, validation, and rollback practices for business-critical workflows
  • Document integration designs, dependencies, runbooks, and operational procedures to support team scaling

What they're looking for

  • iPaaS platform experience (Workato or similar)
  • Enterprise SaaS systems integration (Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, Marketo, Snowflake)
  • REST, SOAP, GraphQL APIs and authentication standards (OAuth, SAML, SCIM)
  • Python or JavaScript scripting for transformations and automation
  • Data mapping and ETL/reverse ETL concepts
  • Systematic troubleshooting and log analysis
  • API integration and workflow design patterns
  • Stakeholder communication and technical tradeoff analysis
