About this role
Wizards of the Coast seeks an AV Systems & Automation Engineer to manage audiovisual and collaboration platforms across meeting rooms, event spaces, and studios. You'll design documentation standards, identify automation opportunities, and partner with IT and facilities teams to optimize AV operations and support adoption.
What you'll do
- Oversee AV and collaboration platforms including Logitech Sync, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and Zoom to ensure seamless performance
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including knowledge base articles, SOPs, runbooks, and user guides
- Identify and implement automation solutions to reduce manual work and improve operational visibility
- Analyze incident patterns and room conditions to identify risks and improvement opportunities
- Support AV teams and Service Desk with training, templates, and documentation to handle common issues efficiently
- Collaborate with AV, IT, Facilities, and vendors on lifecycle planning, standards creation, and operational procedures
