Join an AI startup as a Founding Forward Deployed Engineer to implement autonomous AI agents for customers in production environments. You'll bridge customer needs with product capabilities, integrating agents into real systems while gathering field insights to shape the platform roadmap.

What you'll do

  • Identify and prioritize high-impact multi-step customer tasks to automate with AI agents
  • Integrate agentic solutions with customer databases, APIs, and internal systems
  • Build and maintain production-grade services and APIs that scale with demand
  • Rapidly iterate with customers through tight feedback loops to improve product-market fit
  • Collaborate with product, research, and engineering teams to inform roadmap priorities
  • Travel on-site for customer deployments and engagement as needed
