AV Events Engineer
About this role
Samsara's Core IT team seeks an AV Events Engineer to manage onsite and remote audiovisual operations for company events, presentations, and broadcasts. You'll own the technical execution of high-visibility events, maintain AV infrastructure across growing office locations, and collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver seamless presentations and streaming solutions.
What you'll do
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV equipment and video conferencing systems for company events and daily operations
- Coordinate and execute large-scale broadcasts such as town halls and earnings calls for thousands of employees
- Manage AV vendor relationships, contracting, billing, and quality assurance
- Provide technical guidance to presenters and leaders on equipment requirements and solutions
- Plan and integrate collaboration tools and services across global office locations
- Identify and implement improvements to event planning and AV delivery processes
