What you'll do
- Design parts, assemblies, and prototype hardware using SolidWorks with complete documentation
- Create electrical panel layouts and enclosure drawings in AutoCAD Electrical or SolidWorks
- Support prototype builds involving pneumatic systems and electrical schematics
- Develop repeatable manufacturing processes by defining parameters, equipment, and controls
- Design and execute experiments using DOE and statistical analysis to validate performance
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and communicate project status and findings to cross-functional teams
