What you'll do

  • Conduct weekly safety walks and implement countermeasures for industrial engineering risks and ergonomic issues
  • Develop and implement optimal plant, process, and packaging layouts to maximize efficiency
  • Measure, audit, and define cycle times for all plant operations on a monthly basis
  • Determine required headcount based on forecasted production volumes and validate during launch phases
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams on industrial engineering studies, analyses, and new project launches
  • Analyze and balance production lines, establish KPIs, and support the Engineering Site Lead on strategic IE topics
