What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain quality management systems, policies, and procedures aligned with customer and regulatory requirements
  • Implement quality tools such as SPC and FMEA to identify and prevent manufacturing defects
  • Oversee quality control activities including raw material, in-process, and finished product inspections
  • Manage non-conformance investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and resolve recurring quality issues
  • Direct and develop a quality team, providing training and performance feedback
