About this role
Ibility seeks a Human Factors Engineer to improve healthcare technology adoption and workforce readiness by applying human-centered design principles. You'll evaluate user interactions with enterprise health systems, identify workflow challenges, and recommend solutions that enhance clinical operations and system performance.
What you'll do
- Support training and onboarding by evaluating learning needs and developing user-centered enablement resources
- Collaborate with super users and peer networks to gather feedback and identify adoption barriers
- Conduct workflow observations, usability assessments, and user feedback sessions to improve experience
- Assist with staffing analysis by evaluating user roles and workforce trends for optimization opportunities
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback to recommend human-centered solutions for system improvement
