Site Reliability Engineer II
About this role
Illumio seeks an experienced SRE Engineer II to manage and optimize multi-cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and GCP. You'll design scalable cloud solutions, implement automation and CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with engineering teams to enhance system reliability and security for our Zero Trust cybersecurity platform.
What you'll do
- Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure on Azure, AWS, and/or GCP supporting production applications
- Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform, ARM templates, or CloudFormation for automated provisioning
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, AWS CodePipeline, or Jenkins for automated deployments
- Monitor system performance and implement proactive optimization measures using cloud monitoring and logging services
- Lead incident response efforts, conduct root cause analysis, and document post-incident reviews
- Mentor junior team members and drive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency
