Impinj is hiring a Quality Assurance Engineer for the Reader Firmware team in Seattle to test RFID readers through automation and manual testing, while supporting machine learning data collection. What you'll do
- Set up and configure RFID readers to replicate customer use cases, including physical setup with tools and equipment
- Execute manual and automated test cases, documenting progress and results
- Collect and organize data for machine learning initiatives through structured manual efforts
- Investigate defects and issues, documenting findings with detailed bug reports and analysis
- Maintain and update existing automated test scripts, implementing new test cases following established patterns
- Collaborate with software, hardware, and product teams to understand requirements and develop test plans
