About this role

K Group Companies seeks an AI Automation Engineer to design, build, and optimize AI-powered automation workflows and solutions for internal operations and client engagements. This on-site role combines technical delivery with enablement, requiring hands-on expertise in n8n, Python, LLM integrations, and business platform APIs to transform business requirements into production-grade systems.

What you'll do

  • Design and build AI automation workflows using n8n, Python, and APIs (ConnectWise, Microsoft 365, SharePoint)
  • Lead client delivery engagements from discovery through implementation and optimization
  • Develop multi-stage AI classification pipelines, compliance systems, and monitoring tools with configurable confidence thresholds
  • Create reusable delivery frameworks, templates, and documentation to scale consulting engagements
  • Support AI adoption across internal teams through training materials, playbooks, and purpose-built tools
  • Track adoption metrics and contribute to responsible AI governance initiatives
