About this role

K Group Companies seeks an Automation Engineer to design and deploy AI-powered workflows and automation solutions for internal operations and client engagements. You'll build production-ready systems using n8n, Python, and LLM integrations, lead client delivery initiatives, and establish frameworks that scale the AI practice.

What you'll do

  • Design, build, and optimize AI automation workflows using n8n, Python, and APIs (ConnectWise, Microsoft 365, SharePoint)
  • Lead end-to-end client delivery for AI/automation engagements, managing implementation and ongoing optimization
  • Develop intelligent systems including AI classification pipelines, compliance automation, and monitoring tools
  • Create reusable delivery frameworks, templates, and documentation to scale consulting engagements
  • Support internal AI adoption by building training materials, playbooks, and tools for non-technical staff
  • Participate in client discovery and technical feasibility assessment under practice leadership direction
