About this role
Klaviyo seeks a Software Engineer II to build enterprise-grade analytics and reporting capabilities on their real-time data platform. You'll work full-stack across Python, TypeScript, React, and AWS to deliver insights that drive customer adoption and enable data-driven action within the platform.
What you'll do
- Design and implement advanced reporting features that drive customer adoption and retention
- Build full-stack solutions from data access layers to intuitive front-end experiences
- Create product-led analytics experiences that connect insights directly to customer actions
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Data Science, and engineering teams on analytics roadmap
- Solve complex technical challenges around data aggregation and presentation at scale
- Develop capabilities enabling customers to create segments, campaigns, and flows from reports
