About this role

Kodiak Robotics seeks an experienced Hardware Quality Industrialization Engineer to establish quality processes and supplier management for its autonomous vehicle manufacturing operations. As the founding quality leader, you'll design scalable quality systems, oversee supplier compliance, and drive continuous improvement across internal and external manufacturing partners.

What you'll do

  • Build data-driven, repeatable quality processes with engineering, supply chain, and operations teams
  • Evaluate and audit new and existing suppliers to ensure compliance with Kodiak standards
  • Analyze field returns and drive root cause analysis to inform design improvements
  • Own corrective actions and improvements at manufacturers and internally
  • Establish test parameters, pass/fail limits, and test strategies with the internal test team
  • Manage supply verticals by product type (PCBAs, harnessing, etc.) and ensure compliance certifications
