About this role

Kodiak Robotics seeks a Verification Engineer to ensure quality standards for autonomous trucks during production. You'll lead verification processes, troubleshoot hardware and software failures, and collaborate across engineering and manufacturing teams to drive technical execution and fleet reliability.

What you'll do

  • Build data-driven verification processes with internal engineering and external manufacturing partners
  • Conduct troubleshooting and debugging to isolate hardware and software failures in vehicle subsystems
  • Design and implement corrective and preventive measures addressing primary failure modes
  • Perform hands-on diagnostics across electrical, software, and mechanical systems to identify root causes
  • Execute engineering verification programs using rigorous analysis tools to meet performance standards
  • Evaluate hardware quality, validate technical documentation, and participate in integration lifecycle events
