About this role
LaunchDarkly seeks an expert Solution Engineer to drive adoption and shape the future of AgentControl, a platform for AI engineers to release and monitor agents. You'll combine deep AI expertise with hands-on technical leadership—building integrations, demos, and strategic content while guiding product development through direct customer feedback and market insights.
What you'll do
- Deliver expert-level solutions engineering, leading POVs and implementations with key customers to drive AgentControl adoption and revenue
- Develop and document Solutions Engineering playbooks, best practices, and enablement materials alongside the AI SME team
- Gather and prioritize product feedback from customer engagements, collaborating with product and engineering to shape the roadmap
- Build integrations, technical content, whitepapers, tutorials, and customized demos tailored to strategic customer needs
- Evangelize AgentControl publicly at conferences, webinars, and partner engagements while supporting field team enablement
- Partner on technical relationships with strategic partners and ensure the product roadmap tracks market demand for AI developers
