About this role

Istari seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed within aerospace and defense customer organizations, writing production code and architecting integrations that connect complex engineering workflows to Istari's platform. Working alongside Program Managers in customer sites, you'll solve mission-critical technical problems at the intersection of digital engineering and operational reality.

What you'll do

  • Write production code and architect system integrations connecting CAD, CFD, and FEM pipelines to Istari's platform
  • Embed within customer organizations and operate as an integral part of their engineering teams
  • Solve complex technical problems emerging from customer workflows and mission requirements
  • Collaborate with embedded Program Managers to deliver end-to-end solutions
  • Enable cross-discipline and cross-clearance collaboration through technical implementation
  • Gather field insights to inform product improvements and smarter platform capabilities
