Customer Engineer, Enablement
About this role
LangChain seeks a Customer Engineer to onboard enterprise customers and drive technical enablement for their AI agent platform. You'll blend hands-on engineering expertise with education, helping developers and teams succeed with LangSmith while shaping product strategy through customer insights.
What you'll do
- Lead onboarding engagements for enterprise customers, resolving setup issues and guiding initial platform exploration
- Design and deliver interactive training workshops teaching agent engineering best practices and product fundamentals
- Build scalable enablement resources including tutorials, guides, and reference implementations
- Collect customer feedback to identify friction points and inform product roadmap decisions
- Partner with Sales and Engineering teams to define go-to-market enablement strategies
- Track emerging agent engineering trends and incorporate insights into customer materials
