IT Engineer
About this role
LangChain is hiring an IT Engineer to scale and mature their infrastructure as the AI agent platform company grows. You'll oversee fleet management, SaaS administration, identity/security, and automation across their global operations, building reliable systems that support rapid expansion.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain scalable IT infrastructure and automation using scripts, APIs, and workflow tools
- Design and manage Mac fleet deployment, configuration, and security controls using MDM and custom solutions
- Implement identity strategy and access controls across SaaS stack following least privilege principles
- Administer and optimize LangSmith and other internal SaaS tools with deep product fluency
- Provide global IT support for hardware, software, networking, and tools
- Deliver seamless onboarding experiences ensuring new hires have proper access and setup
