Partner Engineer
About this role
LangChain seeks a Partner Engineer to build technical foundations for their ecosystem strategy, creating reference architectures and enablement programs that help cloud providers and systems integrators deliver AI agent solutions to their customers. You'll partner with cloud hyperscalers and GSIs to scale LangChain's reach beyond direct sales, combining technical architecture work with hands-on field evangelism.
What you'll do
- Design and maintain reference architectures and integration patterns for cloud provider co-sell motions (GCP, Azure) and marketplace presence
- Build and operate a services partner enablement program including certification tracks, workshops, and delivery playbooks aligned with LangChain's agent development lifecycle
- Develop repeatable joint solutions and reference architectures with SI centers of excellence to enable independent deployments
- Serve as technical escalation point for complex partner-led deployments and provide field evangelism at partner events
- Establish joint business plans with strategic partners, translating account priorities into shared technical roadmaps and reference assets
- Help systems integrators scale from individual champions to full centers of excellence supporting their client base
