About this role

Legora seeks an experienced Endpoint Engineer to own the design, deployment, and operation of a secure, AI-native macOS fleet management platform. You'll build endpoint configuration as code, manage MDM as a production service, automate device lifecycle workflows, and scale operations through AI-assisted automation for a rapidly growing legal tech company.

What you'll do

  • Author, test, and progressively deploy macOS profiles, security baselines, and remediation scripts using infrastructure-as-code practices with staging and rollback capabilities
  • Operate and manage MDM as a production service including configuration, observability, reliability, upgrades, and incident response across the fleet
  • Automate device lifecycle from zero-touch provisioning through Apple Business Manager to secure deprovisioning
  • Design and implement binary authorization policy model with rule distribution, approvals, telemetry, and synchronization services
  • Build continuous device posture evaluation using real-time status subscriptions to detect configuration drift and gate access decisions
  • Leverage AI and LLMs to automate repetitive operational tasks and drive fleet telemetry into dashboards and compliance reporting
