About this role

Legora seeks a Legal Engineer to bridge in-house legal teams and our AI-powered platform. You'll act as a trusted advisor to General Counsels and legal ops leaders, driving adoption, sharing customer insights with product, and helping sophisticated legal departments transform their operations through technology.

What you'll do

  • Build trusted relationships with in-house legal leadership and identify high-value opportunities to scale platform adoption
  • Own client relationships from pilots through department-wide rollout, coordinating with Go To Market and Customer Success teams
  • Serve as the voice of in-house users, translating legal ops pain points and insights to inform product roadmap and strategy
  • Deliver product demos and training to General Counsels, regional teams, and legal operations professionals
  • Document best practices from leading legal departments and develop scalable playbooks for global expansion
  • Help corporate legal teams navigate AI adoption, evaluate ROI, and understand impact on contract management, compliance, and other functions

  • In-house legal experience or corporate legal department background
  • Legal operations, process improvement, or technology implementation expertise
  • Tech-curiosity and product acumen, particularly around generative AI
  • Clear cross-functional communication across lawyers, business leaders, and engineers
  • Process evaluation and improvement through emerging technology lens
  • Self-directed project management and multi-stakeholder relationship juggling
  • Ability to bring structure to ambiguity in fast-moving environments
  • Balance between quality standards and pragmatic execution
