Legal Engineer - Tax

About this role

Legora seeks a Legal Engineer for Tax to bridge the gap between sophisticated tax and legal advisory teams and our AI-native platform. This hybrid role combines legal operations expertise, product knowledge, and client relationship management to drive adoption and maximize platform value for Big 4 and professional services firms.

What you'll do

• Partner with tax leaders and advisory teams to identify high-value use cases and scale Legora adoption across service lines and jurisdictions
• Own client relationships through pilots, onboarding, and firm-wide rollouts with Go To Market and Customer Success teams
• Act as the internal voice of tax and legal users, translating client needs into product insights and roadmap priorities
• Deliver product demonstrations and training to tax partners, consulting professionals, and global advisory teams
• Document best practices and develop scalable playbooks from leading professional services firms
• Guide clients through AI adoption strategy, including ROI evaluation and competitive advantage positioning

What they're looking for

• Tax or legal background with Big 4 or professional services experience
• Product and technology acumen, particularly with generative AI and workflow automation
• Cross-functional communication and stakeholder management across legal, tax, and technical teams
• Ability to simplify complex processes and identify efficiency opportunities
• Client relationship building and thought partnership
• Process improvement and technology implementation expertise
