About this role
LG Electronics seeks a Data Scientist/AI Engineer in Huntsville, AL to bridge data science, AI engineering, and business operations. You'll analyze contact center data, build AI-powered automation tools, and deliver actionable insights that improve agent performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
What you'll do
- Analyze contact center, customer, and Voice of Customer data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Build and automate dashboards, reports, and analytics workflows using Python, SQL, BigQuery, and Looker
- Develop AI and automation solutions to improve contact center performance, agent productivity, and quality monitoring
- Build internal tools and prototypes using Python, FastAPI, and front-end technologies
- Analyze call transcripts, QA data, and customer feedback to identify coaching opportunities and process gaps
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements, validate solutions, and drive adoption
